Jack Frost the only area in the eastern part of the state that allows tree skiing. Great when the trees are open boring when not. However great place for kids who are learning. Good bar you can bring your own lunch. |

Elk Mountain has the best variety in the state, plenty of moguls but no tree runs. For lunch check out the lunch shack a quarter way up the beginners slope. Bring your own lunch and beer. It also has a wood grill inside. |
